But Are You Creating Leaders?
You’re ambitious. You’ve worked hard. You’ve built a team, a career, and a business.
But you know something’s missing.

Many leaders feel stuck in survival mode, struggling to inspire their teams, scale their impact, or navigate constant change. Traditional leadership training often feels like a “quick fix”—a single workshop, a motivational talk, or a generic framework that doesn’t address the real challenges of leading in today’s fast-changing world.
I’m Warren Eng, Founder of Leaders Create Leaders. I’ve spent over two decades coaching and training leaders like you—entrepreneurs, executives, and high-potential professionals—across multinational corporations and fast-growing businesses.
I believe leadership isn’t just about you—it’s about the leaders you develop. That’s why we take a systemic approach, not a one-and-done training. We equip you to lead yourself, lead teams, and lead organizations with clarity, confidence, and lasting impact.
Through immersive coaching, experiential workshops, and a powerful global community, we help leaders break through personal and organizational barriers to create cultures of trust, accountability, and continuous growth.

The Transformation
Every step of the journey is a new lesson learned. That’s why my clients are always learning, because so am I. Below you’ll see some of the people who I’ve shared my journey of transformation and leadership with. What our clients say matter more than what we say.
“Too many leaders find themselves trapped in the firefighting mode- busy, reactive, and exhausted- without realizing that their approach may be holding their teams back. Leaders Create Leaders provides a practical and inspiring blueprint for shifting from managing crises to cultivating real leadership. The message is simple but profound: The only way to grow your team is to grow yourself. This book is not just about better leadership- it’s about creating a ripple effect of growth, courage, and accountability that transforms organizations from the inside out.”
Dr. Marshall Goldsmith
Thinkers50 #1 Executive Coach and New York Times bestselling author of The Earned Life, Triggers, and What Got You Here Won’t Get You There.
“This book is a reminder that the priority of leaders is to ensure there is a quality pipeline of leaders to draw from in a company and to support their own leadership teams to be successful. Warren provides a blueprint for leaders to inspire and grow their teams starting with developing their own mindset and expanding their identity as a leader. He then takes a deep dive into team dynamics and how to master building team trust and tension. Every leader is a leader of leaders. This book will guide you to becoming an inspirational force in your company.”
Dr. Marcia Reynolds
author of Breakthrough Coaching, 5th Global President of ICF, and a world- renowned authority in Executive Coaching
“Leaders Create Leaders is a powerful guide that distills the collective wisdom of Warren’s community into a clear model, structured process, and actionable guidelines that fuel real growth on my leadership journey.
But what truly sets it apart is the “reflection space” concept—a profound reminder that leadership isn’t about titles, it’s about impact. It’s where leaders sharpen their edge, confront their toughest challenges, and emerge with the clarity and compassion to unlock the full potential in themselves and their teams.
Our Senior Management Team has embraced these frameworks, and the results speak for themselves. It has helped us build not just momentum, but meaningful impact—driven by kindness, sustained by consistency, and intensified by purpose.”

Human Resources Director – Dai-ichi Life Vietnam
“The central premise of Leaders Create Leaders is simple yet powerful. Effective leadership isn’t defined by control, charisma, or the pursuit of perfection. It’s about creating the conditions for others to lead. Warren challenges the old model of leadership and reframe leadership as an ongoing journey of reinvention. His approach centers on emotional intelligence, trust, team culture, and deep personal work required to lead with authenticity. This is a book that must be in your leadership library.”
John Spence
Global Business Expert, Keynote Speaker, Executive Coach
“Leaders Create Leaders" is more than a leadership manual- it is a call for action for leaders to move beyond managing tasks and instead invest in the growth of their people. Warren’s approach is grounded in deep experience, humility, and a profound understanding of human potential. He reminds us that the greatest measure of leadership is not the number of followers we have, but the leaders we create. Warren’s insights on team dynamics, trust, and the balance between challenge and safety are both refreshing and actionable. These frameworks equip leaders to transform themselves and their teams from the inside out, unlocking creativity, courage, and sustained high performance.”

“Leaders Create Leaders is a wonderful reminder of what the true art of leadership is - not about me, but about you. It's about one's posture and perspectives. It starts from the inside out and can be transformational. Warren beautifully brings key principles to life through practical ways to truly live out the Hero's Journey by building Hero SuperPowers (you have to read the book to find out what yours are). It's a call to leaders to constantly stop, pause and reflect as it's in the slowness that true transformation takes place. This book goes beyond the cliches of 'empower others' and 'lead yourself before leading others' by going deeper into the 'how' and 'why.' It's meant to be experienced and lived out, not just read.”

Thank you so much, Warren, for this incredible book. The way you share such deep, rich knowledge in clear, friendly English makes it truly accessible and powerful. It doesn’t just teach concepts; it builds confidence and clarity for anyone who wants to grow into a true leader. I can feel the credibility, generosity, and care behind every page. If you’re looking for a book that doesn’t just explain leadership, but helps you become a better leader, then this is it.
Practical, deeply human, and written with clarity and heart, it gives you the confidence to lead with courage, trust, and intention. A book you don’t just read once, but return to as you grow. Highly recommended for anyone serious about leading people and themselves better.

After reading this book, I felt it defined my daily challenges as a leader and described how I can approach them. I believe good leaders understand themselves and are able to see themselves from a bird's-eye view (TOTO MATRIX, THE HERO'S JOURNEY). Then, they communicate and take appropriate actions and changes at each of these stages of growth.
On the other hand, there are things a leader must never change. Leadership Reinvention is not so much about what we want to change, but more about what we want to keep. I always keep in mind how to balance Fujifilm Vietnam's Vision, Mission, Core Values—which must not change—with the areas where we must create change for sustainable growth.
I have always strived to create an empowering corporate culture that serves as a foundation for our employees. When employees share the same goal and vision, they can proactively think of ways to achieve it, fostering ownership and creating results. I learned from the book, it is crucial to reinforce and expand our comfort zone in order to create this Peer Power.
Fujifilm Vietnam expands diverse businesses such as digital cameras, instax, cosmetics, medical solutions, and industrial materials. While our businesses are diversifying, I can proudly say our core values are “people” and “culture.” To strengthen it, as a leader, I must create leaders. It's an endless challenge, but I want to enjoy this challenge more than anyone else. I would like to deliver this book to all people managers in FUJIFILM Vietnam. It is kind of like a leadership blueprint for us.

Leading through
Service
Before I was a leader, I was an observer.
My first job was in sales for Fuji Xerox. While I was there, I became a sponge. Absorbing as much as I could through observation of my superiors, I began to understand what it meant to be a leader. But it would be many more years before I would be able to crystalize it.
Afterwards I was a country manager, which led to new lessons. I learned from my failures, which meant confronting my own bias and blind spots. In doing so, I learned that leadership isn’t about being the smartest in the room.
My journey then took me to a School in Ho Chi Minh City, it was there that I was exposed to what a toxic environment was. I was micromanaged down to even the amount of toilet rolls the university was using! It made me realize just how much bad leadership could serve to curb motivation and productivity. All these experiences led me to a profound realization.
Leaders
At the university, I was already doing workshops with students when I got a call from Pfizer to lead a leadership retreat. It went well, so they then offered me to coach three more of their leaders. That’s when I realized I should shore up my skills and did a 4-day intensive coaching program in Bangkok. After that, I started doing it full time.
Leaders
From then on, I understood my mission.
I can add and create value, creating awareness for leaders, which empowers their team and culture allowing their business to flourish.
Since then, I’ve had the honor of coaching leaders from Coca-Cola, Prudential, Mercedes-Benz, Pfizer, Nestlé, Mitsubishi, Samsung, and Nike—and every leader I’ve worked with has taught me something new.
I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about giving instructions—it’s about service. It’s about making a commitment to the people around you, giving them the tools, support, and mindset to become leaders themselves.
Because leadership isn’t about power. It’s about empowerment.
